Riders must pay the appropriate fare for their required ride upon boarding the bus.
Fares can be paid in either cash or with a pre purchased ticket.

Getting on and getting off in the same town. If a rider gets on and gets off in the same town they are required to pay an In Town fare regardless of where the bus has travelled during the ride. |

Cash:
Riders must deposit correct change into the fare box when getting on the bus. Exact change is required as the driver is not able to make change.
Tickets/Passes:
Tickets are available for purchase through any Norfolk County Public Library or upon request to the Public Transportation Coordinator. Types of tickets that are currently available for use on Ride Norfolk are as follows:

Transfers:
Transfers are available for riders who have taken Out of Town rides purchased through Cash, Ticket, or Multi Ride Pass. Transfers will be issued and honored in accordance with Ride Norfolk Transfer Policy 5.0.
